The new owners Christopher Houston, Scotty Sheriff and Darren Bradley graduated from The Citadel in 2003, 2001 and 1989, respectively. 

Although one son was at The Citadel, his goal wasn’t to follow in his father’s footsteps. He wanted structure and discipline.

Mueller, a graduate of The Citadel, started rucking several years ago to create a community and exercise outdoors.

Deon Jackson is a member of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets Class of 1999; he also earned master’s degrees from The Citadel in ’05 and ’13.

Brandon Perry and Scott Hansen, a member of The Citadel Class of 1994, founded Island Coastal Lager in the Lowcountry.

Thomas received the ‘Order of the Palmetto” from South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster in 2019.
