The Citadel and Fulbright Canada agreed to establish a Fulbright Visiting Research Chair in Humanities and Social Sciences starting in the fall of 2020.

Rahim is a Citadel Department of Intelligence and Security studies professor, who is also the Executive Director, North America, for Quilliam International. Quilliam International is the world’s oldest counter-extremist organization with headquarters in the United Kingdom and Washington, D.C. Fraser-Rahim works to help de-radicalize former terrorists, which is how he came to know Mohammad Khalid, the subject of this story.
