The Citadel is welcoming the nearly 700 cadet-recruits who comprise the Class of 2025, coming to campus from 39 states and 10 countries.

“I am confident the Corps of Cadets will help lead us out of this pandemic; therefore, I am incentivizing cadets to get vaccinated with an overnight. Additionally, the company with the highest vaccination rate will be excused from the Commandant’s Inspection.”

He’s served in Haiti, Kuwait and Syria, and was posted to the Pentagon for the last two years as the highest ranking enlisted Marine.

Eight young men and women, each from different backgrounds, begin to describe why they decided to attend The Citadel.

Before dawn’s first light, cadets from The Citadel boarded a fleet of buses and left Charleston for a very unique training exercise.
