Corps Day Weekend is when The Citadel celebrates the birthday of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets. This normally includes several days of events, military parades and ceremonies along with

The Palmetto Medal Award, one of the highest awards presented by The Citadel, would normally be presented during the 2020 Corps Day Weekend.

The Citadel announces the 61 rising-senior cadets who are now officially members of the Class of 2021 Summerall Guards, an elite military drill troupes.

Despite the interruptions to campus life, The Citadel is carrying on its traditions and making the next group of cadets who will lead the Corps.

In celebration of Women’s History Month 2020, the college would like to introduce you to a few of our many outstanding women.

Laden is a contract cadet with the U.S. Air Force ROTC and is working on a double major: Cyber Security and German.

Normally each spring, The Citadel campus is bustling with high school students enjoying cadet-led tours, information sessions with their parents or staying overnight in the barracks for a Pre-Knob cadet

The first African American cadet graduated from The Citadel in 1970. One year later, the school hired its first black barber to groom cadets of color.
