Honorary degrees were presented to Citadel President Lt. Gen. John W. Rosa and Citadel Foundation Board of Directors Chairman Claudius E. Watts, IV.

Six individuals were presented awards during the South Carolina Corps of Cadets commencement ceremony Saturday, May 5.

Many Citadel families have a legacy of attendance at the Military College of South Carolina. The South Carolina Corps of Cadets Class of 2018 has 56 legacy students who invited special presenters.

Seventeen of the newest Marine Corps officers took their commissioning oath on Friday, May 4 in Summerall Chapel.

Eleven of the newest Navy officers took their commissioning oath on Friday, May 4 in Summerall Chapel.

Twenty of the newest Air Force officers took their commissioning oath on Friday, May 4 in Summerall Chapel.

Eighteen students received awards during annual Citadel Graduate College Awards Ceremony.

More than 900 cadets, officers, undergraduate, graduate and veteran students will receive diplomas Saturday, May 5.
