Stone Fish, an innovative fishing apparel brand, has won the 12th annual Baker Business Bowl, sending Cadet Bryson Barrett home with a $10,000 check.

Everett Babcock is a double major in Finance and Mathematics. He has earned Gold Stars and placements on the Dean’s List Commandant’s and President’s List every semester.

In the first 10 years of the Baker Business Bowl, only one team has come out on top as the winner and went home with the grand prize to start their business. But this year is a first for the event, with two teams tying for 1st place.

Four new honorees will be inducted into the Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business Hall of Fame on April 3, 2025.

Cadet Zoe Crecos interviewed Robert “Bob” Riggle, Ph.D., professor and the head of the Department of Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Economics at The Citadel.

Laquetta Brown is a veteran undergraduate student at The Citadel majoring in Business Administration. Brown served in the South Carolina Army National Guard for 13 years.

Austin Brown is from Lake City, South Carolina. His major is Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Construction Engineering.

Tsuboi Agriculture is the winner of the 10th annual Baker Business Bowl and went home with a $10,000 check to start the business.
