Two Citadel cadets earned the prestigious Cincinnati and MacArthur awards during Friday’s parade on Feb. 13.

Chief Master Sergeant (Ret.) Victor A. Peña doesn’t measure leadership by rank, ribbons, or medals, but instead by the people he shaped and impacted in over 30 years in the U.S. Air Force’s Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) program.

The Killam Fellowship gave Cadet Sam Wilson, ’25, the opportunity to study abroad in Canada for the fall 2023 semester.

The Citadel Honors Program traveled to the annual Southern Regional Honors Council, or SRHC, conference on March 30 through April 2.

The Citadel honored five of its most outstanding cadets and two distinguished faculty members during the Awards Convocation and the South Carolina Corps of Cadets Commencement ceremony.

Cadet Conor William Deans said he was encouraged to join the Space Force in 2019 when Gen. John Raymond, then with the Air Force, came to campus to talk about his military career. When Raymond became the first chief of space operations, The Citadel cadet said he wanted to be a part of history.
