Each fall The Citadel welcomes new scholars to our faculty and celebrates the promotions of our current faculty. The 2018-19 academic year faculty additions include 20 new tenured or tenure-track professors, one visiting assistant professor, one instructor, one visiting instructor and 12 ROTC military science professors and experts. Promotions to full professor, tenured assistant professor, professor or assistant professor were awarded to 18 faculty.
