The Citadel’s Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business has partnered with Knack, a leading peer tutoring platform.

The Citadel’s Zucker Family School of Education will launch a new Center of Literacy Excellence focused on supportive measures for ensuring all children receive high quality literacy instruction.

Thanks to a generous gift through The Citadel Foundation, the college will soon be improving and enhancing its offerings through the School of Engineering.

Zachary Sowards is a Mechanical Engineering major from Summerville, South Carolina. He is Lima Company’s commander.

Mecca Jackson is an Exercise Science major from Sandersville, Georgia. After graduation, she hopes to return to The Citadel to complete her master’s degree in Sports Management. Jackson is a member of the track and field team.

On Friday, Oct. 6, The Citadel Family and people from all over South Carolina remembered the life and legacy of Stanley Myers, ’98.  

Prior to the service, many of Watts’s friends and colleagues spoke about the leadership and integrity he displayed throughout his career and life.

Colton Horvath is from Clemmons, North Carolina, and chose to pursue a Biology degree at The Citadel. Upon graduation, he expects to accept a commission into the Air Force.

The Citadel recently welcomed friends and families of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets on campus for its annual Parents’ Day weekend.
